Not only did the seller ship my headphones a week after purchase. The piece that holds the right ear pad is missing so I have no cushion on the right ear pad making these headphones totally useless. They were listed as in working condition. Sorry I don’t think so. What a waste of $35!!!

The description of the headphones was in clear detail. And you may have gotten them a week later because of the post office. I am sorry but I had a 3-day shipping window so I shipped them out on time. If you were not satisfied with your purchase I would have gladly refunded you. But you never messaged me about any of your concerns. I am sorry for your bad experience but you could have communicated with me and I would have resolved this issue.
