Sorry for the confusion I try to be clear in the descriptions which rarely require clarification. Also, the flag was brand new as it came from the Disneyland Resort & there are no fibers or wear marks from where it would have been hung on a parade rope. If you disagree & want to return it for a full refund, I will give you 10 days from today 5/18/24, to let me know if you want to return it, even though it was as described.
