This store has 0 conversation. They sold me the Bag, they sent me an email saying that the Bag was “shipped”, and I never got it. They didn’t even apologized, just sent me a refund, without me asking for it. I had to pay extra card fees, so I expect the Bag, not a refund. Very disappointed.
