Received the wrong item. Contacted seller who provided shipping label to return wrong item but I never received the item I ordered.

I sent you message telling you the tracking showed the item was delivered and you never said anything further. As far as we know the item was delivered, you would need to talk to your post office to find out further. But all we can go by is our verified tracking and it says the item was delivered. Had you contacted me again and let me know you spoke to the post office or anything I could have sent you another item or gave you a refund but you did not. So all we have to go by is our tracking info
