I was sold a defective driveshaft from cass_swap. The velocity bearing blew on it. Cass_swap claimed it wasn't greased, they dont know what they are selling because thats the otherside of this driveshaft. They want me to pay to ship this back at my expense so they can try to submit a claim? It was also supposed to be new. When it showed up the manufacture sticker was scraped off and it had scratches by mounting bolts. This gives me reason to believe it was not new.

The buyer used the part for over 30 days. Never once messaged that they thought was used. It was new as clearly seen in photos. It was rusted and nasty in photos they sent over 30 days later. They do not want to send part back so they do not get a refund. Ebay has a return policy and you did not comply.
