Seller advertised this as a full Mercruiser remote oil filter kit including part # and full list of kit parts. What he actually sent (for $350) was a small bag containing a few fittings and two bolts - most of the kit was missing. eBay investigated and issued me a full refund including shipping.

I apologize for the misunderstanding. No where in the description did it state the item was full. it stated the contents inside were new and everything had a picture of the part. This was accurate. After receiving your message regarding your confusing of the picture of the parts list I mentioned that I have an automatic 30 day return policy. I offered a full refund assuming the item was shipped back to me. I never heard anything more from you until eBay automatically sent you a full refund.
