Item never received. Tracking confirmed it was received in France. Several contacts with seller did not resolve issue. Seller was responsive and Promised to send another one but nothing after several weeks. After last contact the Only offer was partial refund which was not acceptable to me. Ordered in early March and it is May. I ordered and received a similar item from this vendor and did not have a problem. Very disappointed. Would not buy again.

Works great. Especially if you charge it and keep it charged. Funny how these things don't work so well when the battery is depleted. I asked the store owner to help with the synch and they replied willing to help. I had chargedvit at thatvpoint and felt nit so tech savvy but they were understanding and the remote works very well.
