So far I still have not received my cases, and all the tracking information gets relayed in German and is a real hassle. I have gone to the DHL site. It says the package is ready for pick up, but I don’t know what that means. it doesn’t say where I can pick it up. It says it’s running late. It hasn’t been delivered. I can’t contact anybody at DHL no phone number, not happy

Late shipping, late customer support responses up to (2 days). Helmet never arrived, eBay shows helmet on the way and shipper says it was delivered. If so, they delivered my $1000 dollars helmet without signature required which then resulted in a lost item. I don’t understand how such a heavy pricey item gets “delivered without a signature” helmet is not approved by DOT, so you can not legally use it in USA. DONT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. SELLER REFUSED TO SEND REFUND.
