dire che "HA DOVUTO ACCETTARLO NERO" è qualcosa di inesatto in quanto sembra essere un'imposizione. C'è stato un problema con il suddetto capo, e non avendone altri disponibili, oltre a scusarci e riscusarci, abbiamo chiesto al cliente se preferisse riceverlo in un altro colore o ricevere il rimborso immediato dell'intero importo speso. Il cliente HA SCELTO autonomamente la prima opzione.
