I received a message saying they would ship within 10 business days. Great, plenty of time. Two weeks later, nothing. I contacted the seller who told me they weren't feeling well. I understand sickness, but none of this was communicated. They said they'd still ship it by the deadline (the delivery deadline, not the shipping deadline), and would take at least two more weeks. Unfortunately, it was too late at that point.
