This gentleman purchased a shaft 6 business days ago and has left us negative feedback before even receiving the product.. The post office has delayed the shipment which is out of our control.
The buyer instead of messaging us asking for help has opened a case with ebay and blatantly accused us of trying to rip him off which is not the case. The item was shipped the same day it was purchased. The post office taking longer to deliver the package is out of our control.
