Package was absolutley brutalized, box had no cushioning or protection. Package was heavily damaged. Figured head was removed inside (that part thankfully reatatched) and the hand was broken. If im paying around 100$ I would at least expect some form of padding in the box to prevent this.

Apology for the damage. This is an isolated incident at the hand of USPS. Most of our packages arrive fine. It really depends on how the last mile handler treat the packages. We do offer premium courier via DHL who are much more careful handling packages than national postal systems.

The package was all dented/smashed. A outside box with extra padding would of protected inside box. Can't control what shipping employees do but it could of been packed a bit better.

Requested Christmas delivery on Monday 12/18. Immediately dispatch via DHL on the same day. ETA on DHL system was shown as Thursday 12/21. However, DHL must've been overwhelmed before the holiday, package did not get delivered on 12/26. Sorry I ruined your Christmas, but I tried my best with the best delivery method available. Usually DHL is very reliable, but apparently not in this instance.
