A very helpful seller who gives a competent aftersales service response. There was a small problem with the bikini top. Due to the storage and shipping, it had distorted a bit, and I was unable to wrap it fully around the back even though I warmed it with hot air. However, the seller is willing to contact FA Studio to see whether they can send over a new replacement. So I'm looking forward to that.

Communication was friendly, responsive and he seemed to genuinely care about me. I’m new to figure collecting so I didn’t know what I ordered was a recast from TS Studio, and not a recast from FA Studio. The seller gladly offered to send over the FA Studio version of the Raiden Shogun deluxe edition they have in stock for an additional fee, which I paid, and I managed to receive it all safe and sound relatively. The figurines are so beautiful. Will buy from the seller again.
