This is the first time I have ever left negative feedback on a seller in my 20 years of using eBay.
I asked for details of the courier and tracking information. I was informed that no tracking information was available however the item had been dispatched using Royal Mail second class.
I contacted the seller again for an update as the delivery window had expired. I received a refund even though I had NOT requested it and I made it clear I still wanted the item. Never arrived - buyer beware!
