It was a negative feedback because they sent me a subwoofer that was not the right one, and it was of no use to me and they refused to change it or return the money, I lost US$200 and they only said that I should write to eBay, if they were the ones who made the mistake, they must have to take action

You left out our entire conversation. I told you numerous times to open a case with ebay and they would send you a label free of charge and you could return it for a refund. I gave you steps to do it and you still complained. Sorry but sometimes you can’t help people that don’t want to be helped. So instead of doing what ebay requires to return an item and get a label you just leave a negative. No effort
