Not happy with the packaging. The crown of the hat was collapsed, the brims bended, the ribbon around the crown was wrinkled. I love hats and have a big collection. It is unfortunate that many people simply do not know how to store hats. I stuffed the hat with the paper to raise the crown and will gently steam it. Hopefully, it will help to reduce the wrinkles.
