if you have a dodge with sloppy shifting YOU NEED THIS!! HOLY SHEEOOOT my kids 05 neon was so bad with the factory rubber bushings it was guess work finding the gears just putting 2 of these in the cables at the shifter made a HUGE improvement NIGHT AN DAY difference!! just need to put the other 2 in at the transmission to finish the job
