Opened box today to find tip left ear had broken off in shipping but did find piece in tissue paper in the box so was happy about that. Evidently the
dog had become unwrapped in loose bubble wrap . I was able to Gorilla glue piece back on & deal with grayish color seam evident no residual glue seen.
