Packing was well done and arrived promptly. Mushaf is beautiful and generally in good condition however there are disappointing things I noticed about the cover quality and the top page which is not a common feature of the product. There is a deep imprint on the item and lots of little cardboard debris I received at delivery and had to clean off inside the mushaf. Quality control seems to be an issue. I'm disappointed with the imperfections. What are you willing to do about the situation?
