Seller Notes: “This item is in remarkable condition for its age in my opinion. The elastic in the waist band is ... “This item is in remarkable condition for its age in my opinion. The elastic in the waist band is still in good repair and there is plenty of elastic in the waist band; see pictures. There's a slight knot inside of the skirt in the knit pattern; see pictures. This slight flaw is not visible on the outside of the skirt. This knot does not appear to be any kind of a snag but just a nonconsequential blemish which occurred during the manufacturing process. The under stitching that serves as the hemline is one of the hallmarks of this item and the era of which it was made. This item is a quality garment which has stood the test of time pretty well. This item has been cleaned and sanitized after being stored and prior to being listed. The pictures serve as part of the items condition description.”
