After receiving this item I checked to make sure all the keys work. Four of the keys did not work so I contacted the seller. I emailed them twice and finally got a response back saying they never received my response. So I emailed them my last response from my eBay sent folder to prove it. After two weeks they refunded my purchase and to resolve the matter to my satisfaction they shipped a replacement keyboard for free. Unfortunately the replacement looked disgusting.
