Item advertised as new and pictures show an unopened box with the white tape intact, item I received has the white tape from factory cut and retaped with packing tape. There is damage to cooling fins that may not cause mechanical issues but are visual issues that did not come that way from the factory! Item appears to be a B stock item which means I over paid by a lot!!

First off I have no idea what a B stock item is. Everything I sell is from closed dealerships. Secondly, I do open the boxes before shipment. I have not figured out a way to get the proper packing materials inside to ship safely without opening the box. Third, there is still a possibility of a wrinkled fin or 2 during transit across the entire US. Should this happen, the carrier can always be held liable for that. I was not contacted in any way about a problem before this feedback was left
