Product advertised is 7961-GE units, but we received the standard 7961 (not -GE) which don't have Gigabit Ethernet.
Also, packaging was extremely lacking and arrived busted apart on nearly every edge as it was massively overfilled.
I will be keeping these as we needed cheap spare phones and these just barely work, but I will not be reordering through Evotek - no options for contact through email, only call? That is outmoded.

Sorry the USPS destroyed the box, we are always here for our customers. It is a shame you are dissatisfied and if you look we always pack things nicely but when the usps kicks it around and the box is mangled of course the shipment is going to be not nice. Unfortunately you never contacted us before leaving negative feedback giving us the chance to make it right! Not sure what we can do for you since you seem to want to keep the item but are unhappy and did not give us a change to rectify.
