Red dot is functional and brightness settings work properly, but the knob to adjust the brightness was extremely stiff to the point where it needed to be adjusted with a slide wrench (WD40 was also applied but didn't help much). After working the knob a bit, the mechanism loosened up, but not without stripping some paint off. The Picatinny rail mounts work fine and are able to be fit snug.
