This item was listed as used, but still in good condition, FULLY INTACT. Upon receiving this item, at first it seemed as promised, but before the end of the first day, it was literally falling apart. First the tail came off, and looked as though it wasn't the first time due to the glue residue that was there in attempts to hold it together. After that, the right leg fell off and continues to do so, and lastly the bottom jaw fell off. Very disappointed in this purchase.

item that was purchased was a neca alien. Neca known for fragile toys. also admitted that child played with toy before and probably was rough with it and broke the item during play. customer admitted in an email. how is it my fault? customer did not email me for resolution and automatically gave me a negative feedback. I have always taken care of my customers and have done the right thing. also item was fresh out of package and an adult collector had this.
