The company were great but Royal Mail mixed up a return and I ended up paying twice to return. Once with the reply label that somehow became detached in transit by royal mail, so the parcel was returned to me, and then paying over the counter at the post office with label I had to write and stick on. A refund was quickly provided, but I paid twice for the return postage.
