Utterly abysmal quality and even worse customer service... these other reviews are commissioned or self written. End links do not fit. clasp does not stay closed. I wrote the seller multiple times about the problems I encountered and they're treating me like a criminal as if I'm trying to scam THEM. AVOID this seller at all costs they do not stand behind their product at all because they know it's junk. Waste of 300$ cdn what a joke this was. Buy OEM do not cheap out with this "company"...

we don't cover situations where you damage the bracelet yourself after tampering with it as what you do to the bracelet is completely outside of our control. We also cannot cover demands for labour costs for your own labour that you chose to undertake of your own accord - we are not quite sure we follow the reasoning behind this demand. We have offered multiple times for you to return the bracelet in its original state for either a full refund or a replacement piece. *Bracelet did fit*
