Never lied to this customer. I drop ship a lot of my sale, which many companies do. when a item leaves the manufacture I own it. He was not happy that I use my address on the label instead of the manufacture I also set him an email when I knew that hat had been shipped. Tracking didn't start showing until 4-5 hours later. I've had tracking not show for 24 to 36 hour after shipping His hat was shipped within 24 hours of being paid for and the customer received the hat within 2 days.
