Not suitable for my purpose. Way, way down in the small print it happens to mention an HDMI adapter -- which could mean several things. Nowhere does it mention DVI, which is what the card really is. When I asked for a refund, the seller got very nasty, with every message more insulting than the last. It was like I was trying to cheat him, when I just wanted my money backReply from: chipstore_us- Feedback replied by seller chipstore_us.- Feedback replied by seller chipstore_us.Customer didn't read the listing, when asked if they read the description. Customer cheat us by using our services and cosf when it didn't it their purpose. Which is very clear in the feedback above

Prior to replacing the battery all I had was a black screen. Now it at least shows the Dell logo briefly. We replied at 10.13 AM asking for photos. We are still waiting for your reply for that msg.
