Received my initial vinyl LP order in good time but it had been badly damaged during transit. I contacted the seller, sending them photos of the damaged parcel & LP and they responded immediately, apologising and quickly sending me a replacement which arrived safe and sound... Shame on the Royal Mail, but kudos to Rarewaves for sorting everything out with no fuss... Well done!
