This set includes vintage NOS brass screws & hardware for mounting. Cosmetics are stunning, excellent and mostly clean. There my be a few nicks, paint loss, or some tiny dings and dust from the over 40 years of storage. These usually, reform to full capacity when properly reformed by slowly raising voltage over a period of time, usually 10min to 1hour. The caps are low hours or NOS. Because they have not been used for over 40 years -- they will need to be reformed (brought to voltage slowly) before use --like all vintage electrolytics, on occasion they may not... beware of this chance before you purchase..””
