The item was described as faience but is porcelain. There are multiple chips, scratches and major cracks. One of the cracks goes all the way through. This was not disclosed in the description area nor visible in the photos. Seller said I did not read the description but this is not true and i sent him screenshots of his description twice. He sent me a screenshot of something else which really did not cover the issues but also that says it was faience with an additional error.
