Este artículo se envía desde Las Islas Canarias donde no tenemos IVA por eso Ebay está obligado a recaudarlo en el momento de la compra.

Desde el 1 de julio ha entrado en vigor la nueva normativa europea de IVA/VAT establecida para el comercio electrónico en todas las plataformas de venta online incluyendo a Ebay en la que obliga a las web de ventas recaudar al comprador el impuesto correspondiente IVA/VAT en todas las compras que realicen a partir de cero euros fuera de su país, por lo que a la hora de pagar el articulo en la cesta de la compra, Ebay automáticamente le cargará el impuesto establecido.

En el caso de que Ebay no recaude el IVA a la hora de la compra, es responsabilidad del comprador pagarlo destino.
