Totally unreliable seller, terrible customer service! Despite the seller ensured me before the purchase, the item (the frameset) was in the stock, it wasn't true! It took him 10! days to find this out (the item should have been delivered by that time). He offered me another framesets with different paint schemes,but I was not interested in, so I declined his offer and I requested the full refund. Then, he went silent and stopped to communicate utterly. I had to ask eBay to step in and refund me.

Terrible buying experience. Bought and paid for the bike frame. The seller cancelled 2 days later without any communication or offer of an alternative option. No communication and has now listed the same make and model frame in different sizes for a higher price. Seems likely they just want to make more money instead of honouring sales.
