Oltre che il pacco è arrivato con 8-9 giorni di ritardo ma per la prima volta dopo mi arriva un telo ombreggiante senza il tubo che lo tiene dritto e arrivata una busta con il telo ripiegato dentro

Gentile cliente, ci dispiace del del ritardo nella consegna, ma purtroppo stiamo avendo difficoltà con le consegne celere causa alcuni scioperi da parte dei corrieri. Per quanto riguarda il telo ricevendo dall'azienda il rotolo da 100 metri viene tagliato in base alle misure che occorre al cliente pertanto non abbiamo la possibilità di offrire a tutti il tubo che lei cita. Se vuole possiamo ritirare il prodotto è provvedere al rimborso della merce da lei acquistata. Attendiamo vostra decisione
