Buying from this seller was not a good experience. When the watch arrived, it was immediately obvious it was not working and needed a complete overhaul and service costing €750. Unfortunately for me, I was unable to return the item in the specified time due to serious illness. It was very bad form on the sellers part to present this watch on EBay in that state. Corraspondance with them was curt and unhelpful.

The watch was working fine when it was shipped.
10 days after receiving the watch the buyer started a return.
We accepted the return and provided they buyer with a return label immediately.
After that the buyer neither contacted us nor sent the watch back.
