I asked for 12 Hynix with no heatspreaders so I could pick 16 good ones from the 18 and return 10 Samsung and 2 Hynix. Vendor did _exactly what I asked_ with no BS. Result: 16 flawless DIMMs. 20% defective rate for refurbished DIMMs and one return is on par.
