    THE ITEM WAS DECENTLY BUILT BUT THE FITTMENT WAS WAY OFF. THE LOCKING BAR HOLES WERE NOT ALIGNED. HAD TO GRIND ON THE BOTTOM STOP BLOCKS AND CROSS LOCK BAR HOLES WITH DIE GRINDER TO MAKE FIT. ALSO HAD TO PUT THE LOCKING LEVER PIVOT BOLT SPRING ASSEMBLY TOGETHER CORRECTLY SO IT ACTUALLY PUT SPRING TENSION ON THE LEVERS TO HOLD THEM OPEN WHEN UNHOOKING. OVERALL HAPPY WITH PURCHASE FOR THE PRICE AND IT WAS FREE SHIPPING. WOULD BUY AGAIN BUT NOT SUPER HAPPY I HAD TO MODIFY IT SO MUCH
