items are good but the seller had poor communication despite many reviews under their profile stating otherwise. i accidentally put the wrong address for my order and immediately contacted the seller to ask them to change the address. after 3 days i got a reply saying that they couldn't cancel my order even though that's not even what i requested. it all worked out in the end because i was able to redirect the parcel by contacting the shipping company directly. products arrived safely 👍
