    Let me start off by saying... I always clean and sanitize the Legos even if the seller says they cleaned them. Quality - Only a hand full weren't Legos, a lot of the white ones had to be thrown away due to black spots, chewed, broken. Condition - They were shipped in a box, poured in there, not in a bag. Value - Ok Appearance - Very dirty, VERY dusty, hair, carpet fuzz, rubber bands, chalk, as I was cleaning... black dirt washed off. Spent 4 hours (no joke) cleaning them.

    Our legos are shipped out in pristine clean condition, A rare mistake was made with this order that caused what customer described, customer did not email us this, feedback is the first we are aware of the situation. We would of offered a resolution.. Only takes a few minutes to send us an email. we normally reply back in less than 5 minutes. We do request all buyers contact us before leaving negative or neutral feedback. we reply within minutes 7 days a week from 8 am to 11 pm eastern time.
