Thank you for the feedback, as we explained in a message USPS lost the first package we shipped two weeks ago so I was going to send another; I've had a medical emergency with my heart valve lately and answering questions has slowed down because of this, my sincerest apologies! eBay claims are fairly short especially over a weekend period, the item was reshipped after I had remade them but eBay refunded you regardless.
