I tried to contact you twice before i purchased this item to make sure it was the right part. With no response. After i purchased the part you contacted me and asked me for the vin number, i sent it to you and you replied in a different language, i sent 2 more messages explaining that i didn't understand. I didn't know what was happening for 3 days after i bought this item. Communication very very poor. Very frustrating transaction.
