I had waited for so long trying to contact this seller about why my item had not been shipped but to no avail. They contacted me after 4 days only to inform me that the item was not working and cancel. Although they had refunded my money, they could have told me this in the beginning so that I could have look somewhere else. Really not a good seller and I would never buy from this seller again.
