Received item missing hard cap on bottle. needle pierced soft cap 1/3 of bottle leaked into packaging. contacted seller they stated "still looks full to me" requested a sealed partial bottle or a partial refund seller stated "send it back" but would not provide a return label. obviously can't ship a bottle of oil that has a hole in the cap and is leaking when turned on its side! Secondly it should not be returned on my dime I did not order a partial bottle of oil that leaks.
