Shocks were not the size i needed i contacted seller and denied the return with out even contacting me first just flat out denied it parts look to be good quality but customer service is horrible

The shocks are very clearly listed for the drops that are listed as spec'd out by the manufacture in several spots in the listing. This also goes for the return policy which is clearly listed by Ebay. This is a buyer error. Buyers need to read listings and policies.
