Tale normativa sancisce il diritto di recesso, ovvero la possibilità per il consumatore di restituire il prodotto acquistato e di ottenere il rimborso della spesa sostenuta.

Questo diritto è riservato esclusivamente alle persone fisiche (consumatori), quindi non può essere esercitato dalle persone giuridiche e dalle persone fisiche che agiscono per scopi riferibili all'attività professionale eventualmente svolta.

Per esercitare il diritto di recesso è necessario inviare, entro 10 giorni lavorativi dal ricevimento della merce, gli articoli per i quali si intende esercitare tale diritto.

Le spese di rispedizione del prodotto sono a totale carico del cliente.

Il diritto di recesso decade totalmente qualora il prodotto restituito non sia integro, ovvero:

- mancanza dell'imballo originale

- assenza di elementi integranti del prodotto (accessori, cavi, manuali d'istruzione etc)

Provvederemo alla trasmissione dell'ordine di riaccredito relativo al costo della merce spedita entro 30 giorni lavorativi successivi alla spedizione della merce da parte del cliente e comunque non prima della ricezione dei beni.

Si respingerà conseguentemente qualsiasi prodotto restituito non imballato, così come i prodotti per i quali non siano state integralmente già pagate dal Cliente le spese di restituzione.
