Excellent, exactly what you'd expect. Crisp clear vibrant colour prints, comparable, if not better, than far more expensive sub mugs. Couple of damaged mugs in box but this was clearly a courier issue

Up until now, I've always been 100% satisfied with this item. However, something has clearly changed. Old style kept mugs secure with no movements, this new design they rattle around in box and need bubble wrap to secure. Does not feel secure at all. Really like this company, always top of the list if I'm buying sublimation equipment or supplies. I hope this isn't the start of cost cutting with their products 😔
