        When the box arrived, I knew we had a problem. It looked like a 'Return To Vendor" return, not an Open Box item in 'Like New'. condition. Sure enough, the mounting plate had a broken connection for one of the wires to the HVAC unit. Since the ad said 'No Returns', I didn't bother contacting the seller, who had another negative rating for a similar product. He probably purchased a batch of customer returns. (See box) Luckily, I found an old mounting plate to use with the working device.
