The worst part is that he refuses to give me a refund. However, I am not responsible for damage during transport, since all items were well protected. Additional protection was removed (maybe did by customs officer, courier or third person). The complaint came 7 days after the package has been delivered; I do not know why not the first day.I've offered buyer to keep all 8 items and I will partial refund him 30$ USD. He paid 79$ free shipping, not plus shipping; the rest was tax to ebay.He refused my offer.
