She then sent multiple messages, apologizing profusely and promising to relist the item—just to completely disappear afterward. No replies, no updates, nothing. I’m extremely frustrated with the fake apologies and empty promises. The item was the original as shown in the photos, and though the shirt is a shirt, it's value in a kindhearted non-materialistic way, is more meaningful now thanks to the little note, and tissue paper wrap. Anastasia shows attention to detail and dedication to high quality items in her retail business.
